This house is in Jesús María, a city located about 50km from Córdoba Capital, on a land surrounded by a Eucalyptus forest. Designed on a single level as an H, in a unique environment, this mass of bricks emerges from the traditional and classic buildings that surround it. Only on one of its sides would it border a neighbor, so the project was designed to look 360 degrees.

This time the challenge was to create a house, very bold clients showed up and proposed a different objective. A house to enjoy, relax and feel relaxed, "in the countryside". The natural situation of the land and its vegetation were decisive for the geometry and the answers to the premises. Routes, sectors of visuals, noble materials, elevations, connectivity, visual continuity, the inn, the tower, relaxing situations, were several of the design searches.

Galería Convento is a shopping center located at Güemes neighborhood. It is housed in an old house which used to be a seminary residence. This house, since 1913, underwent many modifications and annexes over time. The first design premise was then removing what was not original of the house, such as walls annexed in the patio and improvised structures. After having performed that, and with the empty canvas, we undertook the gallery’s identity.

Twelve studios / dwellings of 42m2 and 10m2 terrace make up "City Block Center". A building in the center of the block, in Barrio Guemes, Cordoba, Argentina. Inhabited by a group of young artists, architects, designers, photographers, musicians, actors and publicists give it life. A few blocks from downtown and crossing an easement, is the access to the central courtyard of the complex where all the terraces from the apartments or studios overlook. This courtyard, decorated with vegetation, is crossed and divided into two by a semi translucent glass box containing the folded metal sheet stairs, leading to each of the units.
