The building seeks to foster a meaningful cultural management of the performing, visual, and participatory social arts, prioritizing the relationship between people, art, and nature. A building mass with "dynamic" facades and vertical windows with a 1:5 proportion establishes formal and luminous rhythms, metaphorically evoking the sustained and flat notes of a piano, creating a subtle emancipation of architectural form within a functionalist, austere, yet rigorously resolved building.
