Set in a square plot, this project is defined by two compact wings overlooking the garden. The house is organized around two compact wings which are very compact and closed to the outside, but very open to the interior of the site.

In this design, the characteristics of the plot, located in a consolidated residential urban fabric have played a key role. In a search for privacy and views to the sea, the starting compact volume is broken up to open up a courtyard. A complex series of transparencies, reflections and long views across the patio strengthens the continuous presence of endless spaces. In a plot inserted in a consolidated residential fabric, with a slight slope in downward direction N-S, a two-story house (plus a basement) has been proposed.

The house is set in a plot with a long-wide ratio of 6 to 1, which emerges from rocks bathed by the sea. This two-story house plus basement has been built in an area of consolidated constructions The extreme proportion of the site together with the fact that the views are towards the north, have been the main conditions of the project. A 47 meters long dry stone wall is the backbone of the house.
