The project accommodates seven apartments and a commercial space, with the primary intention of achieving a contemporary language that creates a dialogue between the old and the new, making room for modern ways of living. Each apartment is unique in its layout, size, and architectural features. The project is a collaboration between two local firms from Puebla: Metarquitectura, a firm specializing in contemporary architecture, developed the architectural project, spatial layout, and program, while Neorestauro Estudio, a practice specializing in architectural restoration, was responsible for the execution, material selection, and restoration and rehabilitation processes.
