This typical corner lot in a condominium is very common in the residential neighborhoods of Buenos Aires—in this case, in Caballito. The site contains two units: one on the ground floor, featuring a courtyard, and another on the first and second floors, with an accessible terrace. The project refurbishes the upper unit, preserving the existing facade and its compositional elements, while transforming the interior program. On the top floor, a completely new space is created using a modular technology assembly system that enables new relationships of spatial continuity.
