The township of Begles, located to the south of Bordeaux, developed an ambitious project alongside with Terres Neuves Urban Renewal Operation. The operation started with the town acquiring a cluster of 21 buildings of which included a series of military warehouses dating back to the 1st World War and since 1998 have been decommissioned. By 2014, the soil decontamination process was concluded, and therefore companies began to occupy its buildings and surroundings. By the end of 2019, NADAU ARCHITECTURE relocated to the BT-6, Terres Neuves warehouse.

The campsite of La Rive is located in the Landes, and is bordered on the west by Lake Biscarosse. The site is characterized by a flat-type heath pine forest and has beach access form the campsite. A strip trees surrounded the beach and works as a visual screen and it saves the natural landscape around it. The cluster restaurant, bar and entertainment, tapas bar is located behind the thick trees and stands near the pool complex. It redraws the beach access.

The Chateau Barde-Haut is a 17 hectare domain located in Saint-Emilion,France. Registered in 1999 on the UNESCO world heritage, the jurisdiction of Saint-Emilion is a remarkable example of a historic wine landscape which survived intact. In 2005, Nadau Lavergne Architects rehabilitated a former winery in a building made of traditional stone. Sought again in 2008 for a project of a bigger scale. The existing site is characteristic of the from the Gironde wine landscape: an island of stone low houses of the 19th century, contain offices and the other dependences, appear from rows of vineyards. In the North of this island gets loose a rangy volume: the wine storehouse.
