The project aims for environmental excellence. Niki de Saint Phalle middle school is designed with a passive approach in the construction (Passivhaus), with its wooden frame and insulation straw. It is the first positive energy college in the Region Grand Est and the first ERP in R+3 made of wood and straw in France. The simplicity - in the choice of materials or the compact and functional distribution of the program opens up to freedom: the volumes, flexible and scalable, adapt to the always renewed interior life of a middle school.’’

The building project in the Coligny ZAC in Orléans is distinguished by its ambition to revitalize the northern entrance to the city while placing particular emphasis on housing quality and architectural monumentality. Located on lot B2, in a strategic position at the corner of rue du Faubourg Bannier and the SNCF railway line, the building is a major urban landmark, offering a genuine gateway to the city.

Architecture That Embraces the Flow of Life - In the heart of the Monconseil Eco-District in Tours, aligned with the Grenouillère Park, three “plots” gently emerge. These buildings represent a new approach to housing, where architecture and nature are harmoniously integrated. The green roofs, dubbed “plants,” are not merely green spaces but serve as vegetable gardens and community gathering spots for residents. These roofs become communal terraces where people can grow plants, share gardening tips, or simply relax.

The Media Library ”Les Sources Vives” blurs the line between architecture and sculpture, object and landscape, interior and exterior. Outside, the zinc roof comes together in a refined origami structure resonating with the arcades of the viaduct and the architecture of the Cultural Center. The roof structure unfolds like a large and transparent book where you are invited to enter to make it your own.

From a very young age, they learn to observe the changes brought on by the seasons, to smell the humus of the undergrowth, to benefit from the open sky in the clearings, or to notice the slow dance of the tree shadows around their classrooms.
