Residence XY is a multigenerational dwelling meant to bring together children, parents, and grandparents.The site is located near the ocean, with sea air and high humidity. As a result, and for reasons of privacy, the house presents a closed facade to the north, facing the road and the sea.

The project is located in a residential area in North Casablanca on a plot of 1000 sqm. The buildable area was spanning over a rectangle of 20x15. The client who is an artist wanted to have a house with curves, sensual lines, thin yet discreet, protective without being stifling, and many other constraints that defined the house’s architectural approach.

Rabat, the capital city of Morocco has a strong cultural and architectural heritage, and the project tries to respond to this heritage by transcribing its spirit, characterized by elegance and sobriety, a sense of historical continuity and harmony. The school is divided into two main entities: the kindergarten and elementary school, and the secondary school, and adding to this, support functions such as administrative offices, library, sports facilities, and an auditorium.

This project is located in the Metropolitan Axis district which hosts the new financial center of Casablanca. The BO52 project contributes to the diversity of this prestigious urban area by introducing a main residential component and a smaller office component. The project is located near the CFC tower, one of the main architectural landmarks of Casa Anfa.

The project of the Laayoune Technology School in Morocco is part of the decentralization policy of universities centers in the different regions of the country. The program consists on teaching spaces(classrooms, workshops, amphitheater), library, administrative offices, teacher’s offices and services (maintenance spaces, staff accommodation etc.). The site, quite away from the city center, generated a need of “urbanity” through an organization around an axial scheme, and thus providing a comprehensive and clear reading and at the same time a diversity of ambiences.

Villa F Casablanca tries to feature a philosophical discourse between tradition and modernity. The morphology is conceived as a contemporary update of the modernist architecture of Casablanca and as well as an evolution of the Moroccan way of life. The client wanted to have a feeling of openness in the house away from praying eyes. So it was a challenge between the client's need for privacy and my belief in open, lightweight architecture; with a limited budget.
