With approximately 10,000 m² and a triple ceiling height of 15 m, the new headquarters of Nubank was designed in one of the ships of one of the old warehouses of the Votorantim group, in Vila Leopoldina, now retrofitted by the MM18 Architecture office, led by architects Marcos Caldeira and Mila Strauss. The Nubank-Spark project, as it was named, was designed based on the horizontality of the complex and its industrial structure, as well as aiming to reconcile Nubank's commitment to integrating with local architecture and integrating the team into its culture.

São Paulo, 2017 - A large 1,000-square-meter slab construction - something rare in the region of Alphaville, a neighbourhood of Barueri (SP) - was the client's request to the brazilian office of architecture MM18 Arquitetura, led by the architects Mila Strauss and Marcos Paulo Caldeira, for the corporate building project Nova Quest. When MM18 studied the ground, very irregular, the L shape with the first side parallel to the front of the lot was the one that resulted better use, but generating the sharp sharp angle that ended up giving the nickname to the building.

Ramona / MM18 Arquitetos

With the proposed restaurant, bar and pocket show, Ramona Restaurant is on the ground floor of a building on a corner in downtown Sao Paulo. The program is distributed in three levels (basement, ground floor and mezzanine) and the aesthetic emerged from the discovery of the structure in place that has been preserved, a slab that was hidden under a plaster lining.
