The three brick towers are a part of a new residential complex built on the site of the demolished Kauchuk factory. Buildings are formed around a city pond brought back to its historical place by the new masterplan.

The site was formerly occupied by the central city market, built in 1959. Half a century later, it was demolished after 15 years of abandonment. Its ground floor held a flower and food market with a department store above.

This office building is located in the side streets of Ostozhenka. The narrow side of its rectangular site faces the street; there is a residential building on its left and another office building on the right, both built around the same time.
