At the time, the family—the clients and owners of the property—had converted an old tool shed into a small personal winery. In this space of barely 20 square meters (215 square feet), they not only stored tanks and machinery, but also carried out the harvesting, pressing, fermentation, filtering, and bottling of their wines.
