The Municipal Sports Pavilion of San Vicente del Raspeig is configured as a large container of great versatility to host multiple sports modalities and large capacity events in general, in which the visual connection between interior and exterior becomes one of the directing threads of the project with the aim of making sports practice visible from the outside as a measure to promote sports.

The intervention carried out is located on a plot included within the delimitation of the site of cultural interest of the historical complex of Sant Francesc Xavier and in the surroundings of the Sa Tanca Vella chapel, the oldest on the island and declared an asset of cultural interest in the monument category in 1993. Although the intervention carried out is limited to the implementation of different sports uses, the initially developed arrangement covered a larger area, with the introduction of cultural uses such as the open-air auditorium, the arrangement of the surroundings near the Sa Tanca Vella chapel, and the reorganization of the existing urban gardens on the plot.

The DEL CARMEN FUNERAL HOME project in Torreagüera consisted of the reform of a premises included in an existing industrial building for the implementation of a program of uses that includes 3 rooms, a chapel, cafeteria and spaces for internal use by staff.

The old residential building of San Mateo was among the most iconic structures of the city of Lorca, due to its unusual configuration with a central space opening onto Juan Carlos I Avenue. Having sustained serious damage during the earthquake of May 11th, 2011, its complete demolition was undertaken a month later.
