We used a significant amount of wood and stone on the floors to balance the house's large openings, and we created a lighting design that respects natural light while establishing specific areas where the wood and stone darken the space, balancing the overall illumination.</p>]]>

Since we were involved from the community's inception, we had already conducted several sun path and topography studies to ensure that the lot division and house placement were as favorable as possible.
