It is a modernist housing complex comprised of three buildings arranged at the intersection of Avenida 9 de Julho and Avenida São Gabriel. When the land was acquired by the IAPB (Institute of Retirement and Pensions for Bank Employees) in 1938, these avenues did not yet exist, and what was originally conceived as a single plot was divided into three different addresses on the borders of Jardim Europa, Jardim Paulista, and Itaim Bibi.
