The project is located at the intersection of Lancun Road and Dongfang Road in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, right at the exit of Lancun Road Station on Metro Lines 4 and 6. Adjacent to the Inner Ring Elevated Road and the Fuxing Road Tunnel, it is only a 10-minute drive from the Lujiazui Financial Center. The original building was a high-rise residential tower with a five-story podium that previously operated as a bathhouse. MASS DESIGN was commissioned to renovate the podium into a modern office space.
