The design of the space went beyond creating a work environment. Our challenge was to establish the identity of a new company, transforming a bland corporate floor into an environment that stimulates innovation and collaborative work. Weduu was born from the merger of two technology companies established in different eras, with different histories and backgrounds. One company, created in the 90s, and another with less than 5 years of history. The first has employees with an average age of 50, while the other averages 25. This cultural diversity was the starting point for designing a dynamic and contemporary place—above all, a welcoming environment that prioritizes interaction and sharing, allowing people to get to know each other and freely develop ideas through the appropriation of the spaces. The site is a 1,000 m² corporate floor in São Paulo.

This project involves the complete remodeling of two old warehouses (dating from the 1950s and 1960s) located in two neighboring buildings. The spaces are basements of the buildings facing Teodoro Sampaio Street, but are at grade with a semi-public square on Virgílio de Carvalho Pinto Street. Therefore, they form an unusual space within São Paulo's urban fabric. Both buildings were completely stripped of their original character.

From Diplomacy to Contemporary Family Life. Reinventing an Avant-garde Project, the RDS House has undergone a remarkable transformation, merging history and modernity into an innovative renovation project. Originally designed in the 1960s by Américo R. Campello to serve as the residence of the British Consul in São Paulo, it was later adapted to become the British Consulate in the 1980s. Today, it has re-emerged as a sophisticated home for a 21st-century family.Campello's design, whose structure was considered innovative for its time, was altered and mischaracterized due to changes over the years. Our goal became to reinforce the original volume by restoring the wide and beautiful cantilevers, as well as expanding the internal spaces.

Just for fun. The remodeling of the Garcia Apartment considers the transformation of spaces and their uses in each of its rooms. The property has approximately 550m² distributed among two floors, located on the penthouse of a building located in Riviera de São Lourenço, a city on the coast of the state of São Paulo, in Brazil.
