HENN translated the company's identity as a platform for curated luxury brands into a corresponding interior design, creating a place that strengthens the brand's identity while providing a pleasant, modern work environment for about 125 employees.

A small park is laid out eastward along the street and the setback frontage of the neighboring residential buildings. A dilapidated row of houses to the west prevents it from being extended westward. The new office building cannot resolve that urban dilemma, but it can keep the situation open for a future solution. While the ground floor is positioned to align with the residential buildings to maintain the longer-term urban development objective as a viable option, the three upper floors project above the plaza in front, making full use of the maximum allowable volume. As a result, the Sparkasse building has a spacious forecourt that is open to the public. The lobby is oriented towards this 'plaza', from which the building is entered centrally, giving direct access to the events room and the staff café.

Due to the pedagogical success of the Marianum, a private Catholic school, an annex was needed to accommodate additional educational facilities. Additional classrooms, administrative offices, and teachers’ rooms for about 170 students and 20 teachers were needed to augment the all-day school’s learning and living space. The position and dimensions of the new, elongated two-story building are directly related to the existing building from 2009, which LRO had designed as part of the extension of an existing old building into the Marianum.

The Historical Museum in Frankfurt is one of the oldest institutions of its kind. It is located directly in the centre of the city, at the Römerberg and near the river Main. Until the 2010s, it was housed in an ensemble of historic buildings and in an annex building from the 1970s made of reinforced concrete. This more recent building had become unsuitable for further use due to technical problems concerning fire protection, escape routes, and contamination by harmful substances.

The new Feco-Forum building in Karlsruhe was erected in a faceless industrial area. The structure is divided into three parts: the ground floor and first-floor accommodate a showroom and office space. More office rooms, used exclusively by another firm, are located on the second floor.
