The urban development area Pen 76 is located in Vienna Penzing on the site of the former Siemensgründe – the company's former headquarters. On the one hand, the former Siemensgründe is characterized by its green "insular location." Shielded by a large-scale perimeter block structure, this is a park-like landscape in a quiet setting. At the same time, the upper floors have a fantastic view far over Vienna and of Schönbrunn Palace. The terraced plot with the adjacent green spaces and the all-enclosing perimeter block development enables the development of a noise-protected park & garden area for all residents. This quality is reflected in each separate building in a very individual way. Four buildings will be placed on the site according to the current development plan of the City of Vienna. Each building will be worked through according to the quality of its location on the one hand and the underlying marketing concept on the other. The result is an ensemble of separate buildings that nevertheless form a self-contained unit.

Eighteen architectural firms participated in the international non-open competition for the new 50Hertz Netzquartier in Berlin. The initial phase yielded two finalists, LOVE architecture and urbanism and the Danish firm Henning Larsen Architects, with the LOVE design ultimately prevailing. The other competitors included NO.MAD Arquitectos (Madrid), Sauerbruch Hutton (Berlin), Hadi Teherani Architects (Hamburg), Kleihues + Kleihues (Berlin), Müller Reimann (Berlin).

The property for this project is nestled in an idyllic valley on the edge of Graz. The landscape features idyllic rural scenery, meadows, forests and a steep hillside that affords fabulous views of Graz. On this beautiful site, two buildings were built for three generations. The higher, smaller building features living quarter for the grandparents and an office below, while the larger building below offers ample space for the parents and children.

The Doninpark project was developed as an eight-story residential, office and retail building, located in the 22^nd district in Vienna, directly behind the “Kagraner Platz” subway stop. In terms of urban planning, this location is characterized be enormous leaps in scale: to the east lies a dense, urban area with extensive infrastructure, while the area to the west has a more suburban feel, with numerous single-family and multi-family dwellings and sports fields.

The site – a relatively steep hill – offers a stunning view over Graz. This panorama also provided the main guiding principle for the design. One additional goal was to provide direct access to the garden. Due to the very steep slope, this goal actually worked contrary to the aim of maximizing the panoramic view.

Villa 3S is located on a picturesque property on the fringes of Graz Geidorf. One of the fundamental ideas was to incorporate the relatively large property into the living space. Therefore, the design blurred the boundaries between house and garden creating fluid transitions and an extended exterior living space. The relatively strict land-use plan, which stipulated a saddle roof with a designated inclination, presented a further challenge. The roof form begins by folding on the southern terrace continues up and over the building structure and thereby forms an abstract saddle roof. This folding spatially differentiates the individual areas providing excitement. This also creates unique views from every angle of the home.
