Located on a strategic corner in the Las Cañitas neighborhood, the house had been abandoned for over 15 years. The residence is laid out on a single floor accessed from the street via a staircase, with a terrace and service area connected by an outdoor staircase.
The main premise of the project was to open up and bring flexibility to the spaces, maximizing natural light without modifying the original facade, and reorganizing the circulation.
