        <![CDATA[<p>Located in the center of the Tel Aviv University campus, The Check Point Building is a seemingly floating volume in the campus; it contrasts the adjacent Mario Botta’s iconic Synagogue and the 1960s Faculty of Exact Sciences. The Building is a new type of technology integrated building with a unique envelope made of pixels of glass that were designed using parametric modeling, it is an innovative system matching the values ​​that the building represents.</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p class="BodyA">Start-Up Nation Central (SNC), an NGO whose mission is to connect the world to Israeli innovation, has launched L28 Culinary Platform, Israel's first chef accelerator restaurant. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Start-Up Nation Central's new headquarters, designed by local architecture firm Kimmel Eshkolot Architects. L28 Culinary Platform is operated by Yarzin-Sella Group (Cafe Italia, Magazzino, Taqueria). Named after its address on Tel Aviv's storied Lilienblum Street, the restaurant boasts an innovative culinary concept, which sees a new and promising Israeli chef take up residence in the kitchen every six months.</p>]]>

The community center includes a variety of spaces, such as an arts and crafts workshop, music rooms, dance studios, martial-arts studios, a multi-purpose hall and a ‘youth wing’. Next to the main building is a library, which operates as a multi-media center, attracting visitors of all ages for a variety of activities. The two buildings are designed to operate together and separately.</p>]]>
