Its layout responds to a comprehensive analysis of the factors that anchor a project. The design process began with an evaluation of the site, open space, location, layout, proportion, conditions, virtues, and limitations, as well as its context across various scales. Addressing the client brief through a meticulous understanding of their lifestyle was paramount. The clients—a young, passionate family of fine art enthusiasts—were highly interested in supporting emerging Mexican talent in cinema, painting, and sculpture.
