The Patio House, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tel Aviv, is a modern interpretation of a classic Mediterranean house. It has a sun-filled patio at its heart, enclosed by all the public areas of the house. The prominent pitched roof extends from the patio upwards to create spacious double-height interior spaces. Designed for a family of five, the house is relatively small, just shy of 180 sqm. The ground floor is planned to take up less than a third of the lot in order to maximize the yards surrounding the house and to create an intimate yet spacious home.

‘Buza’, the Arabic word for ice cream, is a boutique ice cream brand. It is an Arabic-Jewish partnership that started a few years ago in the Galilee district in the north of Israel. Buza’s small ice cream factory is located in Kibbutz Sasa, at the foot of Mount Meron overlooking lush apple orchards; And the first shop was opened a few years ago in the nearby Arabic village, Tarshiha.

Villa Salame is located in the southern area of Tel Aviv, in the midst of alleys crowded with garages and craft shops. Abandoned for many years, the house was originally built around the 1850’s as a residential estate for an orchard owner and his family, featuring an inner courtyard in a typical local arabic style.
