The architectural proposal for the exhibition "the shore, the tide, the current: an oceanic Caribbean" results from the commission that ARCO Madrid Fair gives to architects Ignacio G. Galán, Arantza Ozaeta, and Alvaro M. Fidalgo. The project, covering an area of about 800 m2, materializes the conceptual framework of the curatorial proposal in dialogue with 24 works of art belonging to 19 galleries and includes a forum for events and presentations.

Beyond-the-family Kin is a platform for empowering aging. It operates within a network of infrastructures shaping a renewed social movement for aging in place. Countering the increasing isolation of older residents or their subjection to institutionalized forms of residence, the project hosts diverse forms of care across generations beyond the nuclear family both within and outside the house and furnishes technological and financial strategies supporting the life of its occupants.

Another Seedbed is a new node in the cultural fabric of New York City. Resulting from the renovation of a space in a former hat factory located in a late-century cast iron building in Brooklyn, the project keeps the impetus of earlier occupations of industrial spaces in the city by facilitating different forms of hospitality through artistic performances and other public events that the owner organizes–countering the tendency towards normative domesticities that characterize current trends in the renovation of former industrial spaces in large metropolises.
