1,400 m2 of collective low-cost housing for students or single individuals, four stories in height, built based on a prefabricated system of recycled containers and a steel structure, designed in order that it can be built in low and medium-density areas in the city, adding or decreasing modules according to the available land. This modular concept can be adapted or can be built in different stages depending on different conditions such as commercial demand or economic budget. One of the relevant advantages is the speed of construction due to his prefabricated main structure that can be mounted on the site in a matter of weeks.

It is located on the edge of Lake Rapel, two hours from the city of Santiago de Chile. The project is composed of three levels. On the upper floor are the common spaces of the living room, kitchen, dining room, terrace, and services. This level has a roof, an inclined plane that gives hierarchy to the spaces with their height ranging from 4m to 2.7m. On the middle floor, the three bedrooms and bathrooms are located, and finally, the lower floor has a versatile living space, with a second terrace, which connects with the ground and the lake.

Objective - Independence between Adults and Youth spaces
The project is a Vacation House, of approximately 270 m2, on the edge of Lake Rupanco - Chile. The main requirement was that the adult area would be separated from the children's area as much as possible. The proposed solution were two different volumes, the Adult and the Youth. These were connected by a gallery, that also was the main access to the house.
