Hollandse Nieuwe was asked by APF International to draw up a plan to renovate the listed building on the Nieuwe Herengracht 103 and make it suitable for rental purposes. The double canal house was built around 1685. In 1751, it was radically altered and given its current rococo façade and interior. In the 19th century, some small changes were made. In 1909, a ballroom with a stage was built at the rear. The stage is located in the rear of Nieuwe Herengracht 105 (which has since become part of Nieuwe Herengracht 103). Parts of this 17th- or 18th-century rear house were preserved. During the period 1921-1984, the building was used as a convent, together with several neighboring buildings.

The goal of the municipality of Amsterdam has with its current housing policy is one that seeks to find attractive, efficient, and environmentally friendly homes for civil servants. To realize this, the municipality has created a policy in which there are two bigger ‘head locations’ and a number of smaller locations throughout the city. A number of public services have been incorporated in this location aside from its existing management functions; another detail is the semi-public workspace which civil servants of all other locations may use. This general area has a number of facilities like a semi-public plaza which has the aesthetic of a grand café, housing diverse meeting places.

After many years, the renovation of the Naturalis Biodiversity Centre is finally complete. Located in the city of Leiden, the Netherlands, the museum and research institute has been dramatically expanded and transformed, with Hollandse Nieuwe responsible for the interior transformation of the employee areas and research offices. Hollandse Nieuwe was involved in workplace strategy, support, and the complete interior design of the new working environments. Together with Naturalis, a workplace strategy and design were developed through a combination of workshops, analysis, and department shadowing by the design team. The central issue in the Naturalis project was in creating an appropriate design solution that catered for its diverse workforce, as researchers, museum staff, and support staff all had different requirements and activity patterns. Alongside these considerations, the building's technical and installation constraints also played a significant role in the development and definition of the final design.

For the Dutch premiere and first league football association as well as two other associated organisations, Hollandse Nieuwe developed an inspiring office. The building is a rebuilt villa and only the façade is original (architecture by Studiozo/www.studiozo.nl). Whilst the exterior looks like a traditional mansion, the interior has no reference to its historical context.
