With an overall area of nearly 2000㎡, the project is located at 6F-8F, Jinjue Plaza, Nangang District, Harbin. At the beginning of the design, we were inspired by Greater Khingan Mountains where new lives are bred under snow in Winter, the land is fertile, sunshine is opulent, water is abundant, and everything is full of vigor in Spring. We adopt natural and simple materials to make people feel kind and warm, and using wood grain, steel structure and gorgeous color interspersed locally in performance, which are fantastic and powerful.

We have designed a pavilion in Shanghai World EXPO 2010. This building was used as an industrial factory in the 1970s. We converted from old factory to exhibition centre.The EXPO site was situated in centre of Shanghai city and was separated both side of Huangpu River. Almost of all national pavilions was designed Pudong district that was vacant up to 2000s. On the other hand, Puxi district which is our site was used to use as an industry district. Therefore our design started to consider how we are going to reuse an old dock factory.
