The plot is situated within a family condominium, where past generations had the foresight to plant Araucarias, a tree deeply significant to the Brazilian flora. In this well-lit clearing, with winds channeled by the mountains, we positioned the entire house on the ground level, distributing the program into a social sector near the street and a service and private sector in the most secluded part of the lot. Utilizing an L-shaped layout, a vast, sunny lawn was cleared for family activities.
