Connected to the new public garden, the Périchaux toddler center with its new square and alleyway, will help requalify the Lefebvre-Périchaux-Brancion residential complex and enhance its landscaped open spaces. While the external geometry of the building sequences the public spaces and their perspectives from Boulevard Lefebvre towards the heart of the block, its internal geometry creates a protected interior garden in this dense environment of high-rise buildings.

Situated across from the train station, the strange prismatic volume of the M.I.N.E. (Maison de l'Innovation Numérique et Ecologique) houses an inclusive training and creative space dedicated to digital tools and the promotion of local resources and know-how. The ground floor is a showcase open to the city. Above, the dark mass of burnt shousugiban wood forms a "cookie-cutter" light filter, with wide openings to the landscape.

The Education Center of Val du Scarpe is the first step — and the first part — of a multipurpose facility that will eventually offer sports and educational activities within this Val de Scarpe district. In the spirit of mutualization and educative continuity, the project follows a strategy that articulates the different facilities – a nursery center; a daycare; an elementary school; a gymnasium, and a community center – all around different layers that outline the shape of the site, towards the river.
