The house is located in the commune of Colina, on the outskirts of Santiago de Chile, and was designed for a young couple of doctors. The brief required integrating a residence with a home office, as they both work remotely. The architectural program is highly straightforward: the ground floor houses the study overlooking the garden, a guest bedroom, the kitchen, and the living and dining areas, while the upper floor contains the bedrooms for the couple and their children. A key aspect of the design was integrating the house into its semi-arid landscape, which determined its orientation, ensuring the main rooms receive sunlight throughout the day. The house faces north to maximize sunlight, while the street-facing facade remains opaque to provide privacy for the family.

The CASALEMA is located on a sloping terrain in Valle Escondido, on the foothills of the Andes, in the Chilean capital, facing a natural park. In this landscape, the premise was to delicately insert the structure while respecting the trees and the atmosphere of serenity that the project seeks to capture, both in its volumes and in the interiors and exteriors of the building. The color palette of the different spaces and furniture is resolved through natural tones, enhancing the formal proposal as reminiscent of the nearby elements, and integrating it into the natural environment.

The building was placed slightly below the level of the street, in order to have a direct relationship with it in the two public levels of the building, being a large showcase showing the interior life and referring to the pedestrian. At the same time, the building is linked to the imposing geographical environment of the area, having then a double relationship with the environment: northern street and hills.

The Saint George´s College is located at the foothills of Cerro Manquehue, in the Vitacura neighbourhood, Santiago de Chile, in the middle of a forest that is maintained thanks to the microclimate of a place enclosed under the hill. This school, designed in the 70's by the architect Gustavo Munizaga, responds to a campus typology, with programmatic volumes scattered among the trees, covering the entire terrain and having the hill always present as a backdrop. The original idea takes the option of streets, hallways and squares, where circulations and volumes that compose the classrooms are arranged at the height of the trees foliage.

Terraza Offices, built in 2014, responds to a request from an important real-estate group. A radical architectural element was chosen: the building refuses to the west (sun) with a large blind wall with ventilated façade that forms a gap of 6 stories high for circulation, turning into a great hall that naturally ventilates and lights up the whole building. This emphatic stance resulted in an energy efficient building that is in process to be LEED Gold Certified.

MO House is located at an area of steep slope facing the sea coast of Chile in the commune of Zapallar. The house is buried with clearly no intention to interrupt the wonderful view to the horizon from the public road, so it is accessed by stairs and ramps going deep into the mountain to discover again, from inside the house, the sea, coast and breaker.
