Located on two gently sloping lots with a privileged view, the terrain was utilized to organize the spaces, directing the gaze towards distant points in the landscape. Its structural logic was conceived so that the extension of the ground floor could naturally create another floor below, without the need for extensive earthmoving. Guests have independent access to this floor, preserving the privacy of the intimate areas of the house.

Designed by the firm Gálvez & Márton Arquitetura, this residence is located in a gated community in the countryside of the state of São Paulo. Its layout is organized around the need to separate public and private spaces. To achieve this, the service area (kitchen, laundry room, and caretaker's quarters) was positioned as a physical and visual barrier between the exterior (public) and the interior (private).

The M.A.N. House is a residence for a São Paulo businessman, located in a gated community in a rapidly expanding metropolitan area of São Paulo. The corner lot, with nearly 180 degrees of street frontage, the elevation difference between the two streets, the view of the eucalyptus forest, and the north/south orientation were key elements in the home's placement and volumetric design.

The house, located in a condominium in Itu, SP, was designed to meet the needs of a country house, focusing on social and leisure areas, but with a very peculiar organization: living room and kitchen on the upper floor. Four rooms were distributed on the ground floor that connects them internally to a multipurpose room (games and tv), and finally the laundry and dependencies of employees, creating in that set a parallelepiped volume with ceiling height of 2.7m that gently receives and supports the volume transversely opposed of the upper floor, which protrudes in a cantilever covering the garage, which in turn integrates to the ground floor without visual limits.

The project focuses on the client's need to have a home that brings the feeling of being on a flat surface, reason why, the project needs to be created picturing a firm ground, a solid base, and a light construction (bearing in mind that the landscape is unleveled in 30m, from front to back. Therefore, an artificial plateau is created, respecting the side and rear setbacks, based on the tennis court and the garage, which are built on a solid surface. This way, the building respects the restrictions of the São Paulo City Hall and is inserted in the landscape in a balanced way between the entrance and the main courtyard (social part of the house), both having a similar relevance in area, each with its particular characteristic, both in function and in form. The house was designed seeking to provide nearby and distant views.
