The project transforms a house from the early 70's into a multi-family dwelling with 4 functional units. The project takes up the tectonic-material model of the traditional guardhouses, organizing the extension from the assembly of a light structure on the existing wall building.

The project is located in the city of Campana, close to the highway, on the southwest edge of the urban area, within a low-density residential area with increasing demand. The set of 4 houses is developed on the larger side of the lot after the existing small chalet on the corner.

The 20-unit multifamily housing program is developed in a central lot located on one of the streets parallel to the North-South axis of the city of Campana, low-density urbanization located NE of Buenos Aires on the banks of the Paraná River. The lot opens its front to a sports field that allows open views to and from the avenue.

The project for a “quincho”(*) and garage are located in a property in Los Cardales, a rural town in Buenos Aires province. The building is disposed near a row of pines, over the limit of the northern land boundary, completing the pre-existing delimitation of a central garden that is contained by the house in the front, and virtually bounded in the back and in the southern side by the pool and a grove.
