The idea was to have a home base for their visits to Rio de Janeiro, while also using it as a vacation rental when they are away. When they hired us, the couple mentioned they would be visiting Rio de Janeiro in eight months and intended to stay in the renovated apartment. With the concepts approved and the construction documents budgeted within the initial target, we began construction two months after our proposal was accepted.
