For Félix Blanco Diseño y Arquitectura, the ultimate goal has always been complete client satisfaction. The firm is distinguished by excellent quality across all areas, including exclusive design, close client service, precise execution times, and meticulous management of resources and details. “The best way to be ecological is to care for and rationally use what nature has given us, without wasting it.” These words describe the creation of Akunyna-mó, a home where the design responds directly to its natural environment, balancing the comfort requirements of a vacation home with the principles of environmental sustainability. The result is a highly ecological home powered by an energy-harvesting system featuring solar panels and a wind generator for electricity. Rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse, and the utilization of air conditioning condensation allow for the storage of up to 40,000 liters of clean water, while solar water heaters eliminate the need for gas, making the house self-sufficient.
