The renovation project has the privilege of featuring two unparalleled panoramas: the Burle Marx gardens in the back and the iconic Paulista Avenue in the front. This fortunate geographical position is further enhanced by the beautiful Paulicéia Building, designed in 1959 by architects Gian Carlo Gasperini and Jacques Pilon. Given these circumstances, the design focus was to adapt, enhance, and propose subtle interventions to tailor the space to contemporary living.

The SAP House is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, on a generous plot of land with a steep slope. The project does not aim to dominate the topography, but rather to accept it as a natural given. It touches the ground only where necessary, allowing the mountain to follow its course. Geography becomes the premise of the design — a house suspended over the mountainside.

Colchetes Café is born from the friendship of the owner with the architects, and the relationships that are spreading spontaneously as the space so requested, both in the virtuosity of the workforce and choice of materials, as opportunities that the project suggested when exploring the city in its various quotas. The space is located at Mateus Grou - 162 street, in the full movement of Pinheiros, a neighborhood of the capital of São Paulo, its program is multiple: café, restaurant, bar, space for concerts and events. Such activities are divided its two floors inland with dimensions of 5x20m.
