The housing units were initially designed to accommodate the participants of the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, held in the City of Buenos Aires, and were subsequently allocated to future owners through mortgage loans. Located in the "Olympic Village" in Villa Soldati, in the south of the City of Buenos Aires, these buildings focus on the design and execution of shared high-rise spaces, termed "meeting spaces," painted in the colors of the Olympic rings. These spaces aim to create friendly environments with continuous perspectives, where diverse activities bring life to the complex, offering generous ventilation and environmental quality both for the buildings themselves and for the entire development.
