The transformation of the Poste du Louvre is part of a series of major projects in the heart of Paris, including the transformation of Les Halles leisure and shopping complex, the Samaritaine department store, and the Bourse de Commerce. In terms of restaurants, cultural life, shopping and museums, the Poste du Louvre benefits from an exceptional location, close to the largest underground station in Europe, Châtelet-les Halles. The Poste Group and its real estate subsidiary Poste Immo, which owns the site, have embarked on a vast program to modernize the building, adapting it to its times, opening it up to the neighborhood, and welcoming residents, tourists and new users.

ParisLongchamp is recognised worldwide as a highly challenging course. After two years of construction work, Longchamp racecourse has become ParisLongchamp. The new racecourse treats visitors to a whole new racing experience. The race for the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is the highpoint of the life of the racecourse. Therefore, the main challenge of this project is for it to be able to host this event, which draws up to 60,000 spectators, under exceptional conditions, while also welcoming a much smaller crowd on ordinary racing days.

The re-development of the pavilion dufour and the old Wing creates two new public spaces in the château de versailles. the old administrative offices have now made way for a new reception area between the cour royale (royal courtyard) and the cour des princes (princes’ courtyard), as well as a large staircase leading to the gardens. visitors to the palace are invited to follow a loop, just like in most of the world’s greatest museums.
