The new ‘Design in Motion office’ has been constructed on the land where is planned to add one more building in the future, therefore this new office building had to be built merely on half of the land for supporting that plan. Because of that, this office was set in the vertical direction as a three-story building within the boundary of 10 by 10 meters. The building is also placed adjacent to one edge of the land on one side, and on the other side is prepared to connect to the future building with a large balcony on the upper floor.

The project design reflects the ‘Montessori’ ideal learning environment, where a learning space should resemble a home more than a typical classroom. Therefore, the learning area is split into multiple small-sized “rooms”, where all the children could feel more like home when they come to school. The layout of these “rooms” has been designed to correlate with each of children’s activities.

‘TwoThreeHotel’ is a 7-storey hotel project on Sukhumvit 23 road, one of the prime areas in central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. This is the refurbishment of the old apartment building in which the owner required to turn it into a new city hotel. The refreshed building consists of 68 guest rooms, a restaurant and a swimming pool.

The Sky Clubhouse is a small building facility for a residential project in the suburb of Bangkok, Thailand. This project is served as a functional building for a private housing project, which consists of a small gym on the upper floor, interior living and exterior areas for multi-purpose activities.
