The project is located in Monterrey's Fundidora Park, along the banks of the Santa Lucía Riverwalk. It serves as another stop along the route connecting Monterrey's historic center and Macroplaza with the park's main attractions.

The project is focused on providing a unique experience for users and visitors, distinguishing it from other buildings of its kind within its context. This is achieved through the thoughtful use of natural light, the opening of courtyards, the management of building heights, and an architectural logic that creates an integrated design in terms of function, aesthetics, and economy, naturally inserting itself into the context of the city of Oaxaca. The site's characteristics—specifically its narrow, deep shape and its position between party walls—were leveraged to develop a project that guides the user through different experiences as they move through its two blocks. The first block houses the common and social areas, while the second contains the private office workspaces.

The city of Oaxaca preserves its listed built heritage within its historic center; however, its peripheral areas are characterized by disorganized sprawl. Due to the scarcity of private property, Oaxaca needs to grow vertically, though this is hindered by a lagging economy and fragmented municipal units that complicate the development of adequate infrastructure. To counter this, the project proposes a low-rise density increase in an area already equipped with all public services and, of course, located far from the protected historic architectural zone. With this exercise, the first of its kind in the city of Oaxaca, we hope to demonstrate the benefits of transitioning to a lifestyle that consumes less space and resources.
