Located on one of the main avenues in Ijuí, the building is situated in an area of urban expansion and renewal, establishing itself as a contemporary landmark in the city's landscape. The design challenge consisted of accommodating a program of approximately 10,000 m² on a corner lot of only 2,500 m², demanding highly efficient spatial and structural solutions.

Designed as the institutional headquarters for a financial cooperative, the architecture seeks to reflect the company's core values of freedom, cooperation, and sustainability in the pursuit of a better, fairer, and more humane planet. Consequently, the project was conceived to respect the environment and set an example for the community, achieving LEED certification as a result of the technical guidelines adopted. Key design decisions include the use of louvers oriented toward critical solar exposure, high-performance solar control glass, an efficient HVAC system, rainwater harvesting, and renewable energy generation, in addition to encouraging the use of low-emission transportation such as electric cars and bicycles.

The design of this single-family residence is linear in the longitudinal direction of the lot. The intention is to integrate the house with the surrounding nature. Projecting it with sensitivity as another element in the natural landscape.
