Diletto III is the third gastronomic venue of the brand developed by our studio. The first location opened in 2019, followed by the second in 2024, the same year this new project was completed in the Belgrano neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The brand continuously faces the challenge of merging the tradition of fresh pasta with the dynamic experience of fast food.

Diletto is a restaurant located in the Almagro neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The brand, which already has a first location in Mataderos designed by our studio in 2019, faced the challenge of creating an identity that reflects the tradition of fresh pasta combined with a modern fast-casual dining experience. The new venue is situated in a high-pedestrian-traffic area, particularly close to hospitals, which intensifies the dynamics of the space. Its elongated, longitudinal layout is complemented by a backyard patio that provides natural ventilation and lighting, becoming a key element in the design.
