The Lagunita House is a second home project located in Laguna Zapallar, Zapallar commune, 183km northwest of Santiago. The "Laguna de Zapallar" area is located on the north side of Maitencillo, divided by the estuary of the Catapilco River. It borders the Cachagua Spa to the north, "Playa La Laguna" to the west, and Ruta E-30 to the east.

This project was born as a holiday home on the coast. The two cabins for two people each are located in Matanzas, Navidad, approximately 2 ½ hours from Santiago. Placed 80 meters above sea level on the Lagunilla hill, the cabins rise in front of the “Lobera”, a large rock mass jutting out of the sea, home to sea lions and other native species.

The project consists of a 200 square meter one story single-family home, located in the city of Santiago de Chile, in the commune of Colina. The area is generally rural, characterized by low density and large plots of land. The 5.000 square meters plot is part of a condominium with large arborized avenues and high standard homes.

Machagua is a country house project destined as a second home located in the town of Cachagua, commune of Zapallar. The project is based 183 km northwest from Santiago on a corner plot of 1075 m2, next to a wetland at a distance of 100 m from “Playa Grande”.
