The Preschool-Colegio Británico de Cartagena (CBC) project is a facility designed for early childhood education, complying with current planning and spatial-physical design standards for early learning environments. It occupies a unique urban site in the Bocagrande sector, where average temperatures range between 75°F (24ºC) and 88°F (31ºC) year-round. This climate was a significant design driver, alongside the need for efficient land use. Maximizing the square footage within zoning regulations allowed for a safe, comfortable environment that supports the children's educational experiences.
