Sited on a 10 x 50-meter lot, the studio building was designed to house a ceramics school. The clients' desire for a landscaped entrance prompted the building to be set back further than required by zoning laws, creating an arrival marked by the presence of greenery. The search for naturally lit environments with cross-ventilation and surrounded by small outdoor seating areas guided the layout of the floor plans.

Stretching along 600 meters of Presidente Kennedy Avenue, the Edson Arantes do Nascimento Municipal Park – Rei Pelé redesignates one of the main urban stretches in São Caetano do Sul. Designed by Mario Biselli, managing partner of Biselli Katchborian, in partnership with the firm Consoante Arquitetura e Integração, the project transforms a previously fragmented area into a linear park of over 37,000 square meters, articulating public facilities, recreational areas, and social spaces.

The 9 de Julho Residential Complex was inaugurated in 1950. It is a modernist housing complex comprised of three buildings arranged at the intersection of Avenida 9 de Julho and Avenida São Gabriel. When the land was acquired by the IAPB (Institute of Retirement and Pensions for Bank Employees) in 1938, these avenues did not yet exist, and what was originally conceived as a single plot was divided into three different addresses on the borders of Jardim Europa, Jardim Paulista, and Itaim Bibi.

Located on a flat plot of land measuring 15 x 25m, in the Itapirubá beach, the 3x4 House is the result of the search for a compact, cost-effective construction that integrates the interior and exterior. To deal with the rainy and very humid climate, it was decided to create a half-meter elevated concrete base about the ground. On this base, aiming for construction rationalization, the floor plan was organized into nine rectangles measuring 3 x 4m.
