The project faces the historic site of the Vichy parks. It is part of an ambitious project to reclaim the water body, which began with the renovation of the right bank of Lake Allier in 2014 and the left bank in 2019. Now that these two renovations are complete, we have the opportunity to contribute to the vitality of these banks through the Sporting renovation project.

The surrounding context is significant for the evolution of the urban fabric. We observe a transition from individual morphology to collective housing. The project proposes to extend the pedestrian path from Chemin des Gourettes to the mall, thus creating a connection with the east of the city. This passage allows the preservation of the small existing watercourse.

In partnership with the social landlord "logis Familial", subsidiary of "logements Français" group, we responded to a consultation launched by the city of Mouans-Sartoux for the construction of a small building of social housing. In order to identify the conducive elements to a development of the area and allow to build this housing as a figurehead in a neighborhood evolution, it was essential to analyze the urban context to have a justified approach :

At the bottom of the Cimiez's hill, the Pavillon's hill meanders. This recessed plain is charged with a more social and industrial history than the wealthy, quiet and wooded residential district where the english aristocracy settled at the beginning of the 19 th century. However it is in the plain, where the torrential character of the river marks the landscape where settled public facilities.
The "Arbre Inférieur" avenue that runs along the middle school Simone Veil underlines the limit between these two worlds with a topograpic walk.

On a confined plot (1190 square meters) with a very constrained geometry and a strong noise pollution due to car and train infrastructures, the construction of 13 housing units and parking in basement is composed of three collective housing blocks of four levels built on a common underground. The project aims to create a connection between the different scales surrounding the site.

Members of the Council of Paris revised the urban regulations for the Masséna- Bruneseau sector in Paris’ southeasterly 13th arrondissement at the city council meeting of Tuesday 16th November 2011. The construction of the tennis on the slopes of the Siagne Valley it’s a vast project of transformation of the landscape: it offers a mix of a tennis court and the garden. The garden of the Villa Maurice Chevalier is a vast wooded space offering continuous visual relief of hillsides. This geographical dimension is truly very important: tennis and the delicacy of the slopes join together in a way that protects the unity and the density of the surrounding forest. It is exactly this respect for landscape that characterizes our project: It is not a set of tennis and a garden but a set of tennis in a garden.
