Active in the fields of education, creation, and the presentation of the arts, the Domaine Forget Music and Dance Academy, located in St-Irénée on a vast swath of historical property, needed to reassess its accommodation services. It was with the goal of surpassing the requirements of a discerning clientele that the Pavillon Paul Lafleur, a new student residence project, was built.

Located on the edge of the St. Lawrence River, La Malbaie was one of Canada’s first holiday resort towns. The new Laure Conan Library and City Hall in La Malbaie, emphasizes the importance of offering a contemporary architecture with a “story to tell.” The project’s main narrative focuses on the value of the site’s historic landscape as it symbolizes the reconciliation between the present city, and the historical landscape closely linked to the St. Lawrence River.

The brand new Centre spécialisé de technologie physique du Québec stands in a previously unexploited environment in the heart of a new and rapidly developing industrial park located in La Pocatière. Specializing in the field of component design and prototyping for the technology industry, the CSTPQ needed to establish head offices in its image, blending innovation and creativity. On a site surrounded by steep topography and bordered by mature trees, the building evokes the inherent duality between the purity of nature and the precision of technology.
