The project includes the creation of a community center and office rental space. The first 3 levels as well as 2 basement levels for the community center and above, rental office spaces on 2 levels (base building) for a total of 9 600m². The community center portion includes a common hall, 5-lane swimming pool, double gymnasium, running track, and training room. The community center is multi-purpose and divisible spaces for community and sports use, community kitchen, landing, administrative offices, youth-seniors room, meeting rooms, and technical rooms. Located in the borough of Pintendre on the outskirts of Lévis, the new 1,500 sq. m. fire station houses eight fire trucks. The concept developed by the architects began with a splitting of the station’s functions, which can be seen by the different volume heights between the garage and the living spaces.

Located in the center of the town Stoneham, surrounded by a mountainous and wooden environment, the new pavilion of the elementary school of Stoneham-Tewkesbury is built near the existing one. The new school can accommodate an extra of 240 students in order to fill the growing needs of the municipality. The Municipality's expansion is caused by the arrival of young families in the new residential developments. The pavilion regroups fourteen classrooms, a library, a gymnasium, a computer laboratory, a daycare and all the services related to maximize the development and the global learning of the children.

Right beside a majestic birch stands the L-House. The summer cottage, which has the same utility as a principal residence, is perfect for the owners' young family. There is also a guesthouse right behind for guests’ privacy. On the first floor, the family living area is filled with great luminosity. On the second floor, a library, a large washroom, the bedrooms and two balconies provide the owner with a great view over the St.Joseph lake.

The mandate of the "Centre de foires de Sherbrooke" (Exhibition Center of Sherbrooke) conducted by CCM² - Côté Chabot Morel Architects includes site analysis, the design of the site plan and the floor plans, the volumetric studies, the materials selection, the establishment of the performance criterias and a constant support as a specialized external resource for the City of Sherbrooke until the complete realization of the project. The expertise and qualifications of CCM² Architects are well recognized in the community to carry out such projects. For several years, CCM² Architects have done several feasibility studies, conceptual works, analysis and construction of exhibitions centers in Quebec (Quebec City and City of Laval in Canada).
