The house was thought based on the attributes of the north-west slope where it is located and the difficulties of the sloping construction. The land has a ratio of 1:10 from the road to the change of waters between the Cajón del Arrayan and the Cajón del Cerro Pochoco -in the outskirts of Santiago-, conserving flora and fauna endemic to Chile. It goes, in ascending form, from quillayes and litres, in the low part, until puyas and cactus in the top. On the hillside rise the warm wind currents of the afternoon, attracting the flight of different birds, including eagles and condors.

This sport facility located in Salamanca, was designed on 2007, but completed on 2016 due to the economic situation of the construction company.

The 9-year period allowed specific modifications based on observations and opportunities given by the site. The initial ideas kept playing important roles and they finally modified the building.

A design competition for the Institutional Building of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in the O'Higgins Region, was called in order to recover the long time disregarded lot of the former prison of Rancagua. The land is embedded in a consolidated commercial area close to the train station. The future building must include two independent units: SERVIU and SEREMI. The lot subdivision strategy was part of the proposal, leaving land available for future development.

The city of Salamanca is located in an inland agricultural valley at the beginning of the Choapa River basin. A vertical and arid hillside landscape defines a long stretch of crops. This project opens a new height for the city of low construction. This height does not have the proportion of a tower, which is understood from the outside; it is five stories that we have understood as an interior with respect to the valley.

The city of Salamanca, is located in an inner valley at the base of the Choapa River, a minning and rural area. The surrounding landscape includes a long narrow agriculture strip surrounded by vertical arid slopes. This project introduces a new height for the present low construction city. This height does not mean a tower that can be seen from outside, but instead a five floor building understood as an interior in relation to the valley.

In the context of the three interventions at the Metropolitan Zoo, it was designed the Management Building, a complex program construction: warehousing and food preparation for animals, would operate simultaneously at first floor, while the offices for the director, veterinarians team and different specialists will work at second floor .   The first site visits were with some physical strain, the routes of the early nineteenth century included 20% slopes and stairs with steps of 25 cm. long and 22 cm. height. The road is long and visitors gather in required breaks to rest, used for animals observation and distant city views.

In the Veterinary Hospital, a single building on a restricted site, must collect the programmatic complexity. At street level the veterinary requirements and animal recovery rooms are designed with easy vehicle and stretchers access. A 50 cm. height base, separates the outside ground, setting a distance between a sterile interior and the pollution from a path that serves other uses. Second floor resolve the offices, laboratories and resident bedroom program.

Santiago Metropolitan Park covers an area of 722 ha. at San Cristobal Hill. Inside the park, the 5,6 ha. Zoo was founded at 1925. This historical condition involves a question of some complexity: the difficulties of space for animals are opposed to the virtue in their location, close to the city in a slope with a strong natural character and an open view of Santiago. The policy followed so far has been to improve the general conditions of the existing Zoo location, developing various infrastructure and management projects.
