After remaining abandoned for more than 15 years, the residence was in a precarious and uninhabitable state, plagued by structural problems and damage caused by moisture, the deterioration of calcareous aggregates, and pests. The main challenge of the commission was to transform this multi-family house and former mechanic workshop into a modern single-family home, striking a balance between its historical value and contemporary needs.
