From the beginning, there was a discussion about the possibility of building a two-story house for Casa Patio. However, there was a constant concern about maintaining an open area, a free space. This concern was always present, and in a way, the concept of the patio was already implicit from the start of the project.

The House U project has a history and process somewhat unusual to the other projects we have developed. Initially, House U was conceived in a land configuration with different sizing and construction legislation from the current land. The land previously destined for the project consisted of the lots, so the whole design took advantage of the contextualization of the environment with the built object, which strengthened the longevity of the view from the internal perspective of the house.

Many possibilities have been raised and discussed, to enable the establishment of the architectural environment for the GARTEN house. A few discussions with the owners were also necessary to fully understand the premises, and their development into a concise architectural environment that could accurately strike a balance between form, function, and space.

Box House / Caio Persighini Arquitetura

The basis of Box House is focused on exploring the purity of the cube, and in a poetic and architectural paradox of the simple and pure shape, brings out all the lustiness of the apparent reinforced concrete, shaped in loco. In this concept, the constructive elements present themselves in a natural and simplistic way. The modern architecture of the residence located in Araraquara (260 kilometers away from São Paulo) is, by itself, the main character of the final project. Its pure and harmonic shape brings functionality, between what and how it is.
