This project is an office building for a rural business company, located in the traditional garden suburb of Carrasco, Montevideo, Uruguay. We participated in selecting the site, considering its location in this neighborhood—a corner lot with northwest exposure on Rivera Avenue, a central axis of the Carrasco Sur neighborhood, just five blocks from the coastal avenue (Rambla Costanera) and the same distance from Italia Avenue, two major thoroughfares in Montevideo. This position ensures excellent accessibility from different parts of Montevideo and Canelones, while remaining fully integrated into the heart of the garden suburb.
